I'd quite like to be able to add my emblem to everything. I was disappointed that it just got relegated to a glorified avatar picture. No vikings, but Samurai and Knights would generally add their coat of arms (or their Lord's) to everything, including their horses.

You could also give some of the samurai back banners that they could put their emblems on. Especially since the samurai emblems are rectangles, just like the back banners traditionally were.

We haven't seen all of the ornaments yet, so it could still be there. Hold out hope buddy!
