Where do I report a player for offensive emblems and hate speech?

Honestly I usually just report players in game if something is particularly terrible but this guy was laughing about the fact he was a nazi so I'm going out of my way to get him banned.

Nazi symbol top right and hate speech in chat section.

    Help if you can,

    Thanks

Well the hate speech sure reportable, but I do hope that a swastika isn't now consider as a inappropriate emblem. Since it's a historical coat of arms which was taken from the Hindi's one about peace. Also In all honesty it looks really well made looks good. But on the internet in general the whole jew hate is a easy troll. I always pass these guys off as the average internet troll. Most of these coat of arms are almost impossible to actully make out what they are this one stands out as recognizable and looks good.

Isn't the Hindu symbol flat on, I believe the Nazi's changed it so it sat at an angle making it a relatively recent symbol and one only really attributed to them even if it was based on an ancient symbol. I appreciate it was well made but it doesn't change what it is and what it stands for.

I get what you mean though, normally I would just pass by the trolls but this one just stood out as a bit too offensive.
