Strong Stuttering regardless of settings | Forums

My game stutters regardless of graphical settings, I even have the feeling it stutters less on Extreme settings.

GPU: Nvidia GTX 970
CPU: intel i7-4970k not overclocked
16 gigs of RAM

And, like i said, the stuttering happens at the absolute highest AND lowest settings.
I hope this can be fixed, at least in the release.

Sadly not, as that would've been an easy fix according to the forums.

I tried Windowed and Borderless Windowed, didn't make a difference.

Currently reinstalling the game, to see if that might help.

I'm having the same issue regardless of the settings. I get above 60 fps 99% of time however screen shutters. Could it be due to internet?.
My specs are:
I7 4770k not overlclocked
GTX 1070
12 GB of ram
ASUS PG278Q G sync

Reinstalled it, now it crashes on startup.

Tried all the fixes to make it not crash on start, doesn't help.
