My Xbox One Controller S (The current Xbox One controller Microsoft sells with Bluetooth) when connected via Bluetooth (NOT using the Xbox One PC Adapter) to my PC running Windows 10 has a serious problem with For Honor. When in practice mode light, heavy or guard break attacks cause the game to freeze for about 1-2 seconds when attacking a bot/npc or even hitting environment object such as a tree. The only work around i have found is to connect the Xbox One S controller to my PC with a micro usb cable. Once plugged in the game functions properly and does not lag/freeze when attacking bots/players/environment objects.
same problem. at first everything worked fine yesterday afternoon even my xbox one s controller paired via bluetooth was working perfectly. but late last night the bugs started out of nowhere. each time i hit or get hit by an ia or a player the game lags for 1 or 2 seconds and makes it completely unplayable . how could i block if it lags when the indicator appears... i just wonder why at first it didnt do that. did you do something with the maintenance plz come back to the sooner version youare making things worst im thinking about cancelling my preorder. plz have at least the decency to reply to our posts so we know that you will rectify the problem. tyvm
btw im playing on my couch far away from my 4k 65 inches tv i wont play with a cable....
Same issue here. The game is not playable with a wireless xbox one controller.
I played with Xbox 360 Wireless controller on PC through the PC adapter. It's work fine.
Maybe the problem with your Bluetooth connection. The wi-fi router or other wireless adapter can make a noise.
Xbox One controller can be connected with PC through the Bluetooth or PC wireless adapter?
The connection is bluetooth, its a brand new bluetooth adapter, it works fine for Rocket League no issues. Also, it works fine for this game but just lags when attacking or blocking, running around and everything else is fine.
Simply turn off vibration in game and the lag when hitting and blocking will disappear! It worked for me and hopefully will for you guys too
Cannot believe this was not fixed from the closed beta. Turning off Vibration does fix it, but that is not an acceptable resolution. I don't like paying 80$ CDN for a game that doesn't work the way it should.
I've got still problem with XONE controller. It works just with USB cable, wireless connection causes lagging in game :\ If I plug a headset to the 3.5mm jack, again lagging - also when it connected via USB, in case of wireless connection, when the controller vibrate, sound disappear and then come back again. I think these bugs would have to be fixed as soon as possible. I payed for this game and I don't want to pay also for a new controller.
