I enjoy the level of customization. Would like to be able to adjust earned emblem colours though. Many of the schemes make it difficult to see the design on the models. Other than that I enjoy the depth of customization. From weapon parts, to armour settings - plus the ability to upgrade and transmog really make me feel like I can create the character I want to play.
