This is most likely completely server side.

I have a feeling based on the error logs that your account/game key is not getting cleared from being "Active" when you log out. So when you are logging in, it's checking that your key isn't in use, but will not launch you since its still in their servers.

the problem is obviously related to the keys they gave us but why are some people playing and others aren't and in different areas across the world and i've noticed that all the streamers on twitch have been playing non stop and none of them came across this problem ..

I tried everything suggested in this forum still not working and the beta is only 2 days away to end!

I just unplugged my controller, pressed play with the mouse, and then Plugged my controller back in. Not sure if it was a coincidence, or what, but I also updated my graphics card drivers. Hope this helps.
