Hello, my problem is i cant play the game in fullscreen mode. Only in windowed or borderless mode which is kind a dumb thing. When i play in borderless game keeps kicking me off due to low fps, uplay shows 17-20, interesting thing is that the game runs smoothly with no stuttering.
Is there any way to force fullscreen?
Oh and im playing on gaming laptop with 4k monitor so it may be connected.

having the same issue as the person above. I've gone through and tried to find if anything was posted in a sticky but couldn't find it.

Try Alt + Enter, I couldn't play in FullScreen until I did that (it changes between Window and FullScren every time I do that). If that doesn't help try this:

Go to C:\your-name\Documents\For Honor
Open options.ini in notepad
Change EnableExF to 1
Save the file and close it
Start the game

Thought I couldn't find EnableExF so I tried Alt + Enter.

All this does is give me borderless (not actual fullscreen.) I don't really understand it...

And when it comes to editing EnableExf there is no such thing... and if you add it.. it doesn't stick

alt + enter switch me to borderless.
i tried all the solutions,
EnableFx which enables exclusive fullscreen is no longer in options.ini

They make an emergency server maintenance ....so maybe it will get fixed now

I think it is client side issue which must be resolved with game update (or maybe gpu drivers - I have a laptop with nvidia 960m others can tell what they have gpu/brand so we know more about this issue), not server side. Ubi rep is not responding to this issue for 8 hours so we do not know if they even gonna fix this.

I dont think server maintenance would solve this, and yep it did not.
Issue is still present. As xpitxPL said, i think its have to be resolved with game update.
I dont think its conencted with gpu in any way, but its not a bad idea to check what gpus people have experiencing this issue, so 970M GTX 6GB.

I have a Lenovo Y50-70 notebook with nVidia 860M GPU.
