Don't know if I missed these things somewhere but I have a few questions:

Will beards and hairstyles be customizable? ( love the berserker beard in the wallpaper )
Will armors change your look significantly? Again i really love the fur armor that the berserker is wearing in the wallpaper, will things like these be available?
Will weapons really look different? Different axeheads and shields and such.
Will you be able to customization physical appearance, as an example make characters more buff or skinny?
Will voice/taunts be customizable?

Armor can be changed from a handful of different looks and come with some stat tweaks. One set of armor will look much different from another but not so much that the character type you are using is unrecognizable. Hair styles can change between different styles of helmet.

Weapons have different parts as well, including blades, handles, pommels, hilts, ect. These also alter stats slightly and can give your weapon of choice a different look.

Physical appearance can only be changed via gender and skin tone, although some characters seem to have their gender locked.

There are a few taunts and executions that you can pick from. you start with two of each and more cost steel to unlock and use.

The problem is it's actually leaning the other way currently, with armor variations being so slight the change is hardly noticeable. The warden is a great example. There are 3 chest piece variations in the game but they all have the same design. Leather base with metal studs and that weird random breastplate on their chest. They all look like this. Even the breastplate. I was really hoping for like a full- plate variation on the armor or something. Right now the look of the chest pieces is pointless.

I 100% agree honestly. With the exception of the nobushi chest piece that gives them crazy saiyan shoulder pieces, I have yet to see any armor that stands out among the crowd. I'm hoping that the full release will have more variations and that they will become more ornate with rarity. I'm really hoping for the orochi armor that was shown off way back in pre alpha but since there was so much stuff left on the cutting room floor with the samurai I'm afraid it probably wont be the case.

It better! Takes a while to progress and get armor pieces and that customization is all we have to personalize ourselves. The options are nearly endless as to what could be done, but I am not seeing much.

This is a Beta test people. I'm pretty sure more customization will be added at launch and later on.

I don't think we'll get customisable hairstyles, what with the whole "people actually wearing helmets like sensible soldier types", but I wouldn't mind being able to scale my Warden down from "beefcake bodybuilder" to something a little thinner. I'm a scrawny bugger, myself. And I like to play thin, wiry dues when I can.
