Ehi man i've played the nobushi for about 15 hours, but i'm still having the same problem, when i'm playing with the controller it's quite hard for me to get in hidden position, but with the keyboard i just need to press the C, with the controller u have to aim perfectly down to get in position, am i the only one having this problem?

Do you have any advice what to do best against side dodges of the enemy?

Never felt too much of that myself, but a lot of other people have had similar complaints. Personally, i don't use hidden stance that much and rely on parries instead.

Revive speed is nice comboed with the revive perk. I have had good success with high damage and defense at the cost of stamina cost reduction. Oh, also sprint speed is good to have. Other than that i think you would decide based on preference.

Do you have any advice for opening up players who turtle? I'm not talking about baiting parries, I'm talking about players who do only the safest defensive options, guarding, dodging kick and guard break teching. What are your hardest to react to offensive mixups, and do you have any insight into ways to force people into making wrong decisions (again, not talking baiting parries as Nobushi has no way to force those.)

    Nice guide!

them bleed would be a very wise choice
Nobushi can't perform a Kick after a Cobra Strike - only if you cancel recovery into Hidden Stance or after you follow up with 2nd strike from Poke the Nest chain, which is by the way not mentioned by the game as a possible option.

On another note, I've had problems memorizing her followup options, and so decided to visualize it. Once I did, I posted it in steam guides and added more info, turning it in mini-guide. But this guide is way better, so I'd be happy if we merge it - http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfile.../?id=866795296

My mistake, I usually always follow up a GB with a top heavy so I forgot myself a little, and guide is now corrected.

I like your steam guide, and the picture it displayed reminded me of something a different person made as well (sorry i don't remember the name D

I wish we could pin forum replies so that we could add cool links and additions like this in a very seamless way :/

I remember now that i completely forgot about telling you after i reassured it. You might have already seen it after Klyka's video with me, but if you parry a light attack you get a free top heavy or for example a viper's retreat. However if you parry a heavy attack, then all you have time for is a GB or a side light, but not viper's retreat.

You can perhaps feint your light attack with hidden stance. Other than that, it is basically impossible to land a hit on someone who does not parry. You can force them to go on the offensive by being equally as passive though.

    i believe so...

i think it all comes down to the timing of your attack following GB i think itd be efficient to try and chain once she lays her heel in your opponents chest lay on that RT/R2 and merk that son' beeitch lol will be attempting tn with scouting report during my order raids for sure :P
