i have been trying to enter in the beta REGISTRATION but it keeps on saying that i can't at this moment every day i been trying to join but it won't let me this is why i want a Open beta does one know how to fix this.

As far as I'm aware, this is a new trailer with some information on what exactly the Peruvian connection features exactly. Looks like a new province and mission chain. One would assume more side-missions and such as well.

1) If you are trying to register on a PC, try a mobile
2) Try a different browser
3) Try a different internet network
4) Try resetting your password
5) The game is M for Mature, so if you have any age restrictions on your account, you will be unable to register for the beta.

Try these things, and see if they work for you. Generally, people who have been having registration issues have been able to fix them with one of these solutions.
