GMT Time for each country is not the same. For me GMT+7.I guess It will be 9.00pm(2PM GMT + 7 =9pm.)

If you watch at the "Closed Beta Launch Stream", actualy offline, it say it will be online at the 2 PM UTC.
To know how long there's still to wait simply check the actual hour of the UTC time zone (http://www.worldtimeserver.com/current_time_in_UTC.aspx).
Still one hour and five minutes to wait in the moment i send this message.
