Every 3rd crit is a garantied crit...
Lets say we add 30% normal crit chance.
In the mean this means 3 crit hits in 10 rounds. Maybe we are unlucky and all our crits roll on hits 3, 6 and 9? Then all our crit chance goes to nothing. Maybe we are lucky and get 6 crits out of this?
This is why I think the set is bad and should be redesigned. If RNG wants, it can **** us up. Balancing this set would be a nightmare, as it *MIGHT* be powerful one magazine, and crap the other one.

If it's obvious to a bunch of forum posters then it should be obvious to trained people that should know about it to begin with. There shouldn't even be anything to chance in this case. Just like how there shouldn't have needed to be a patch to fix mob health with 1.3. At least they're changing it quickly this time if nothing else.
