With the new 378.49 nvidia driver HFTS shadows start flickering on long range.

For be sure that there is probably problem with nvidia drivers, i try clean installation of previous 376.33 driver and no have problems like on the video. Then i try to make clean installation of the last 378.49 drivers and problem is back.
Shadows flickering also at PCSS option and do not flickering at Ultra option.
Bug can be easy reproduced by loading game at observation deck at the north side of the Golden Gate Bridge.
I already submit ticket (103730) to nvidia by this form: http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/list
But duplicate it here just to be sure.

I did a clean install of the 373.06 drivers after experiencing the same flickering problems. I keep going back to these drivers after trying new driver releases because they seem the most reliable for the games I play.

Sarcophaga68, i think any previous driver version will show better result than the last 378.49. So yeah, here is the reason to use already checked by yourself and worked as it should video drivers. Fortunately, because of Ansel anyway still didn't work properly, with using outdated drivers, currently, we do not really lost anything. /sarcasm/ It anyway will crash to desktop soon /sarcasm off/
Mersar, i think Ubisoft nothing can do with this issue. The same issue was reported on nvidia forum with another games (like Division you already said) after updating to 378.49 driver and after two days of waiting after submitted a ticket - i receive answer from "NVIDIA Customer Care". Currently, i wait for final answer (after making few test by instructions from support agent) that they admit this bug and after that we can only hope that it will be fixed with the next driver update.
BTW, only two days and i already received good feedback from NVIDIA support, but Ubisoft can not to response for my ticket 4 days already. I start to feel myself like this one monkey:

Well, the last question that i received from support after i making tests with deleting 378.49 driver with DDU and installing after that two different drivers, was "let me know if you would agree to keep using the previous version of the driver - 376.33" - and after i send answer that this is what i currently do, i do not receive any response after. But ticket was not close by NVIDIA support... Anyway, i see on nvidia forum that this bug with shadows was already reported with another games ( i just report some extra information about it) and nvidia support on the forum answered something like "bug filled".
