    Laser Accuracy NPC

    Even though the TTK and TBK feels adjusted for current PTS, can you guys finally tweak the NPCs to not be shooting laser beams? I've tested out Legendary mode and had used more cover based strategies, at one point I see 7 LMB focusing me down while watching a stream of tracers flying over my head like freaking Lasers from behind cover. I believe this is an issue that has been brought up many times. Quite frankly, I hope that this matter would be addressed ASAP. If not then this is not Tom Clancy, this would be Lazer Tag: The Division.

    Instead of making the NPC being a Laser Turret, lowering down the accuracy while increasing numbers of enemies is also another work around you may look into. Although this suggestion may be ignored, artificial difficulty such as this is what makes the game fustratingly annoying not Hard.

    cannot agree more,the 15 mins i was allowed to play PTS (Mike/Delta) felt kinda balanced as before but as soon i somehow leave cover
    to shoot or move everybody starts to shoot me and ofc all hit me,and the new not overhealing is unsatisfying
    made me die more quickly than ever before.the aimbot behavior + the usain bolt speed of enemies is more annoying than harder as OP also stated.
    when the servers r up again,sometime in the (hopefully) near future i will give it another try,but atm no chance bcs delta/mike errors constantly

    I agree. This is happening in the DZ for 7,8,9. The shotty NPC's are very aggressive along with the squad they're with that are laser beams. The nerf on damage resistance talents have got to be redone. I feel 10x weaker and can't manage to stay in a gun fight even in cover. I'm having to roll and that's even nerfed to where I cant dodge bullets so you've taken away cover by adding some aggro to the NPC's and my rolls are ineffective because of a delay on cooldown. I admit I'm a PS4 player fully geared 1000 plus hours, but PC i'm Tier 2 GS 164 and NPC's are super strong.

    Accuracy and damage from some NPCs, mainly shotgun wielding NPCs.

    The way currently things are, Armor rolls will no longer be meta mainly because Armor will not be available as a recal option.

    But Health will be instead, meaning all other options (dmg/protection to/from Elites, CHC, All resist etc.) will again rarely be recalibrated, if at all.

    Please do! If possible please consider a few factors of lowering the accuracy of NPCs slightly such as :

    1) TTK and TBK adjusted to the new mitigation values
    2) Healing skills have higher cooldowns, talents which provided mitigation and skill cooldowns have been reduced
    3) Mob archetypes, ie: LMB are trained and skilled mercenaries and they are much more better at shooting than a rioter or riker etc. (if that is possible)
    4) You can always tweak the AI to be like Hunter/Legendary LMB to make things more interesting
    5) Enemy density increase etc.
    6) NPC shotgunners shooting like they are carrying sniper rifles < not very realistic ie: player characters can't even shoot that far with a shotgun

    So I hopefully wish that in this PTS you guys take the chance to really make those tweaks to improve the game.

    For me it is not so much accuracy in general it's the long range accuracy. However, I need to play more to see if it's just getting used to it or unbalanced.

    I fully agree with Xiao-Lim, and somewhat with Kreuze86. The legendary game, ast worldtier 5, is just impossible. The dificulty of the enemies are okey, but they are just in too large numbers; or There numbers are okey, but their skills are just too overpowered 100% Hitrate, and near instant kill (if not instantly killed you ll bleed to death).

    If you want hunters, let them be hunters, but at normal rates: 10/20/30 hunters in one section against 4 players, is un-do-able.

    Weren't you going to level them enemies according to the skills of the player? Those aimbots and armor are just not funny

    Anyways.... I hope many people try the Legendary Games before the test phase passes, and that they give a lot of feedback on it.

    For Ubi moderators: Please try to play the game as well (legendary worldtire 5), and you will be forced by the game to agree
