(PC) Key redeemed via SCARS - but still no e-mail or anything in my beta library | Forums

Hi UBI,

I know you guys are in the middle of the process of sending invite and pretty much under a lot of work with the beta starting in 2 days but I would really appreciate if you got a minute to spare not only to inform me but all the user that redeemed there key via SCARS.

so here are my questions:

1 - Is this is a confirmation that we do have access to the beta?
NOT 100% SURE YET, but according to majority of the user who redeemed there beta access, they all have access to the beta with no invite option

2 - are we going to receive different e-mail than the invite to the beta that you guys started to send yesterday?
YES, the only difference is that you won't be have the option to invite friends

3 - do we need to receive the e-mail before we can see that were are participating to the beta via [url]https://account.ubisoft.com/en-US/login?
NO, I can confirm that I did receive the beta access in my account and got the e-mail for invitation later


Your help will be greatly appreciated.


If any other player wants to add a question feel free to do so and please add a number to your question and increment by one the numbers in order to make easier for UBI to reply to all our questions related to SCARS redeemed code.

Unfortunately, I missed to set the language to English and since I noticed some major issues in German translating in Ubi sites, i don't know iif this is the German version of "You got in!" or not. It roughly translates into:

The first part does not sound like I got in, the second does, tho, yet I cannot load the Beta yet, only got the game (preordered) in my library and the Tech Alpha in my installed games in uPlay. I'd also appreciate some clarification.

I still don't have anything No Mail, Profile also says "nO", but a friend of mine also cannot invite me, since his Invite-function says I already got a key (or am invited)

Hi,in my beta access section it says check your uplay pc games list but there is no game in my list.I haven't received an e-mail but I think I'm in for the beta but still not for sure,can anyone help me?

if you redeemed you beta key from scars you should have access.
if you still don't see for honor beta in your library for download i think you should check ubi support.
if you can get an online support will be very quick to have an answer and even a fix if needs be.
make sure you have all the screenshot/mail any proof to show them that you have the scars beta key

Nope, it doesn't say i'm participating in any betas but it shows my friend i've been invited.

Update: I just got the mail and I can also download the beta now. Profile was also updated.
