So, from what I can gather if you received your own Beta invite from the 'Scars' minigame, you do not have any friend invites - despite the e-mail from Ubisoft explicitly stating you DO have 3 friend invites?
Atrocious communication, really poor stuff.
I hope you are aware that there is an issue with receiving the game. Both my sons and I all got beta invites. For them, the game popped right up in games on the launcher, however, I am unable to find it anywhere, and it seems there are others with this problem.Originally Posted by FredEx919 Go to original post
Guess the scars mini game applies to me also. Sorry no invites to give
I got the closed beta for xbox one. I sent 3 of my friends codes but they all got PC codes? Any way to get 3 new ones to play with my friends on xbox one???
Whilst I appreciate the reply telling me I must have used the SCARS website, I would like to retort with the following.
Im sure im not alone in this but to maximise my chances of getting in to the beta I signed up for the beta LONG before Xmas, and just last week i read about the scars website, so I did that as well, so from me you have a SCARS website application, and the original Signed up for Beta application I completed before Christmas.
The email i received that stated I had 3 friends to invite did NOT in any way shape or form inform me that it was an email from either SCARS or from the Beta registration, there is no way for me to tell which place of origin that email came from.
you may say well if you get no friend invites than obviously it's from Scars, fine, but wheres my Beta registration invite then? shouldn't I have two emails from Ubisoft? one for signing up MONTHs ago with 3 friends to invite, Plus my Scars code?
How can you explain this?
this is extremely botched communication, poorly designed emails and a poor response to the public in terms of "well Duh you should be able to understand that even though you have the exact same email as everyone else, it's actually secretly different! how did you not get that?"
It's reaching such a proportion of outcry that at this stage i think compensation codes are in order just to get back on peoples good sides..
It's not a guaranteed beta code just because you signed up months ago... it's being given out to random people!
I understand that but no where was it written that by doing the SCARS website it would eliminate the possibility of receiving a beta code from sign ups or that your beta registration code would be handed out to random people as you now have a SCARS code. Reason being that the beta registration means more to me to have 3 friends to invite than the scars code does. As far as i'm aware nothing was written to state that these two methods were mututally exclusive.Originally Posted by Silent Zer0 Go to original post
In fact is there anybody out there that has received a code from SCARS AND from beta registration?
