How do I invite my friends to the beta? | Forums

in the email is said ,that i can invite friends. so why is there no button ubisoft?

Same here, got my code. But not for my "up to 3 friends" just a page that show you "Congratulations on being selected to play For Honor’s Closed Beta"

Hi everyone,

I'll try to clarify things a bit:

• If you got access via a redemption code, from the Scars website or a third party promo for instance, you will not be able to invite friends (even if the email says you can).
• If you were invited by a friend, you will not be able to invite others.
• The best way to check if you can invite friends is to log into http://forhonor.ubisoft.com/game/en-GB/beta/ and look for the "Invite Friends" tab. If you cannot see this tab, you can't invite friends. This is as intended, not a bug.
• PC players will not receive a code in their email - the game will be added to their Uplay library automatically.
• PS4 and Xbox players will have a code in their email, except Xbox players who participated in the Closed Alpha. These players will just need to patch the same game client and it will automatically update to the Closed Beta version (no code needed).
• If in doubt, you can see all your beta permissions (and associated codes, if applicable) here: https://account.ubisoft.com/en-US/beta-access

I also received an email from ubisoft it said the following:

YOU HAVE BEEN CHOSEN

The For Honor Closed Beta will be live
from January 26th (3 PM CET) to January 30th (2AM CET) 2017 .

How to redeem your PlayStation 4 Closed Beta key

You can now download the For Honor Closed Beta on your PlayStation 4
Here is your PlayStation 4 Closed Beta key:

*removed key for privacy purposes

Select PlayStation Store icon on the PlayStation 4 system Home Screen.
On PlayStation Store, select Redeem Codes at the bottom of the menu on PlayStation 4 system.
Enter the code (case-sensitive)
Once the code has been entered correctly, select continue on the dialog box from the PlayStation 4 system.
Select Download to start downloading the content.

Unfortunately As with everyone else in this thread I do not have an option to select Invite friends when i go to the link provided.

As explained above, if you can't see the invite tab then it simply means that you are not able to invite friends. The email is incorrect, and should not have included the friends passage - sorry for the confusion!

I've tried to access to the page you linked and to the one the email i received as well, and after loading for long an error page pops up. Do you think this page is down because it is being fixed?(sorry for my bad English)

I will echo that the page is broken. I get a spit out of XML when I attempt to follow the link in my email, even when already signed into the ubisoft website. I know Ubi-Gaidheal is probably just telling us what he is supposed to but it actually looks broken. Can you possibly have someone from Ubi look at it from their side? I understand a couple players missing a tab or something but this looks like a widespread breakage. Below is what I see as the runtime error when following the link given to me.

Hi, after following the top link in this post i was directed to the same congratulating page, im not sure if this is because i was able to invite friends but i scrolled down and found a invite friends section where i managed to invite the friends of my choice from my UPlay accound! Might wanna just check this if you haven't already checked by just scrolling down! Hope this helps anyone in need!
