No Response from Ubisoft support for over a month now
As the title says. I've been having trouble purchasing anything from the uplay store, both from the launcher and from a browser.I purchased something in November but after that I can't purchase anything I opened a case asking for some help and they asked me to try a few things but still didn't work.
The last message from the was back on the 13th of December saying that they'll get back to me and I haven't heard anything since.
I sent a message on the 13th of January asking if there was any update but didn't receive any reply to that either. I tried to purchase again at that time and I'm still unable to purchase anything with the error message "We're sorry but the transaction failed and the payment has not been validated. Please note you will not be charged. Please try to order again. We would recommend you use another payment method" coming up.
