    I filed my ticket to support on Jan 17. Yesterday I got a response telling me I had to file a new ticket to get support. Customer Service sucks. Still no gem refund....

    ticket was closed after four days automatically after support employee promised a fix with next update. support is a joke! every announcement of a new update with "lot of bug fixes" is so unbelievable brazen. most of the mentioned and reported bugs are still present with this update. temporarily frozen screen after starting game, midnight cirquit ticket bug, players requests getting added to friendlist without accepting it, etc...

    why do we have to do an unnessesary in-game survey when all answers of the questions can be found in the forum. i have lost my faith in this game. it's a shame how you deal with us, US who YOU depend of...
