Never got my 70 gem refund, never got my server save prompt to restore my new KTM bike, still have a broken garage.

Still no response. I try adding comments to my ticket (which is still active) to remind them to fix problem but nothing. The only thing that works without fail is the ads to buy a new hat for £14.99
