Go ahead, it will be you wasting your money. What else can Massive say at this point and not look two faced. I am still waiting on the News from Friday about PVE, which never did happen. The just released the complete 1.6 patch notes.Originally Posted by LepantoESP Go to original post
My game disk is now a coaster. I never would get any thing for it, so may as well make it useful!
Who knows? This company is an enigma. Only not in a good, fascinating, keep you full of excited anticipation sort of way like a good movie might. More of a stuck in a room with a crazy person playing with a gun sort of way!Originally Posted by OEI_Post Go to original post
Sucks you didn't get your money's worth. I've enjoyed TD more than any other game in 2016, so I have indeed gotten mine.Originally Posted by sabernub Go to original post
At the end of the day if you don't like a game don't play it. A good AAA game gives you 60/100 hours of gametime on average. I'm way above that and still having fun, specially in the DZ.
PVE content hasn't been disclosed in full as far as I'm aware for 1.6, Has it?
IF there is Y2 content coming... It's going to be a VERY hard sell. Especially, to PVE players.
The irony is Massive's love for PVP will lead to a very small and limited user base which will eventually cause the game servers to be shut down. The vast majority of real PVP players are playing anything else but The Division PK. As much as CoD likes to be the whipping boy of internet-narcissists, even that game is more competitive and skill-based than The Division's so-called PVP will ever be. It also keeps out-selling all other competitive PVP titles even during a bad year (Infinite Warfare sales down 50%, but still crushed the competition including BF1).
I wrote this on another thread, but there is a false front Massive likes to put forth and why they cater to the Youtube, and Twitch streamers: It makes it look like people are actually playing the PVP when it is in fact a very, VERY small minority compared to PVE who have just left, or are about to shelve the game for good.
Stop telling who will not have other content ...
it's still clear from the beginning that The Division will have SEVERAL years of content ...
"Remember, Update 1.6 and Expansion III: Last Stand are not the end of The Division, and we’ll keep bringing you updates moving forward. We will have more information about those soon."
"Tom Clancy’s The Division - Season Pass and Year One Content Trailer"
The CV of a senior at Reflection who said that works on a DLC for second year ...
The Division is same approach then The Crew and Rainbow Six Siege, is LIVE GAME SERVICE = Long Term
