Rolled armor gear after 1.6 update...still locked for re-roll?

So, if I have gear that I rolled for armor (which of course I have a lot of), that now becomes "health" retroactively in 1.6....is that still locked??? With the new significance of Skill Power I would guess that I would want to re-roll some of that gear for Electronics....unclear on whether previously rolled gear will remain locked for that roll, specifically armor since it is being changed.

Think all it will do is just replace any armor rolls with pure health rolls which if that was the line you re calibrated you can re roll it to +skill haste or what ever other option is available on that line item at the recal station, didn't see it mentioned they woudl totally unlock the recal for the full item.

They won't because they never have when it comes to this sort of thing. They make sweeping changes to gear then just expect you to get another piece of that gear instead of unlocking the re-calibration of said items. With this change I'm curious will our Damage Mitigation % stay roughly the same without 5 additional armor rolls? Will they be buffing EAD to compensate for the fact that everyone will now have about 40% less armor making EAD less effective against players now.

That is what I am afraid of....I see myself having to fully replace gear now that Electronics has a much more direct impact on other items...(health regen, seeker mines, turrets, etc)

Exactly, removing armor rolls and not unlocking the recalibrations means that if they just blanket replace armor with health I'm going to have to replace like 80% of my gear. As Skill Power, EDR and Skill Haste will be top picks for every build now.

Its a never ending thing with patches, gear set shines and then it gets destroyed. I am waiting for them to drop the Flava Flav gear set so I can run around with a giant analog clock on my chain.

So this means if i have for a example body armor 1.160 health and 1.500 armor, armor will change to 1.500 health and both will stack together 2.660 health right, same for the prototype stamina mod bonus 250 armor will go to 250 health ??

If they don't change anything in that regard WT5 will be a slaughterhouse.
It's right there on the 1.6 news that damage, time to kill and be killed scaling is getting a complete overhaul. Stop sweating for nothing. Our mitigation will remain as it is.

I think they should leave armour alone until they raise the GS, that way they won't be destroying our current gear.

How can our mitigation stay as it is? I'm seriously asking. If they are removing armor as a major stat, that will effect you overall mitigation number, will it not?

I'm talking purely from a players perspective. I understand they are working on tweaking the NPCs in accordance with this change.
