    Just Dance 2017 controller App issues connecting

    Hi all,

    I have had the game since before Christmas and the game worked fine for the 1st month, i have not used the game for some time and now cannot connect any of the phones in the household.

    Game: Just Dance 2017
    Platform: Xbox One S
    Model Samsung Galaxy S7 SM-G930F
    Model Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900F


    Hope you can help as i feel a little let down purchased the game hoping to use it and now seems to be a waste.

    I have followed all the FAQ's and even re installed the game. the connection has a green tick by it so as far as i can see there should not be an issue but just keeps saying hold on warm up, i have even entered the IP address as requested and still will not connect.

    thanks Ubisoft for no help at all you were quick to take payment but no after sales service can you tell me where to make an official complaint and get a refund for a faulty product
    i had left my original message in good faith after 24 hours and multiple views(proves i am no the only one) there has been no contact not even an acknowledgment i will think twice before buying any more of your products.
