As a PS4 player, I looked at my friends playing TD on xbox one pretty jealous, as they could play the previous DLC's one month prior to me playing it.
At the launch of the game, Ubisoft stated that this exclusivity was for the first two DLC's, that means that The Last Stand would be available at release to PS4 as well.
Does anyone know this is still the case? Or was this changed along the way?
Would be great to have a console PTS now everyone gets the DLC from start...
Imagine if it was a year later.Originally Posted by Nopvedz4you Go to original post

The deal for Year One content is done and dusted. Of course I'd be inclined to believe Ubi will be looking for a customer for its Year 2 stuff and both Microsoft and Sony will have been contacted to see who's willing to pay more.
I mean, this is not something NEW people. Do I like this practice? Not much TBH. Does it irk me that much? Well one month is ok in my books. Other YEAR LONG DEALS SUCH AS WHAT BUNGIE DOES is enough to put me off buying any Bungie game for a long time. VERY long time.
We'll see how Year 2 content is handled. Going with what we have from Ubi (Watch Dogs 2 and TD as more recent examples) I'd think it's within the bounds of reason that this exclusivity period will again be a thing in Year 2 but dunno whether it'll be in Sony's or Microsoft's favor (ie who'll pay more). TD sold a boatload on both platforms so it's anyone's guess.
Well that would have been a devastating blow to us ps4 players but I do have an xbox one so wouldn't have affected me too much. That's the great thing about survival you don't need to have a beast char to do well.Originally Posted by Merphee Go to original post
