Sincerely hope this is a misunderstanding

So I purchased future soldier to get the wildlands beta code and I purchased it on the 16th and it shows that in my receipt. I also have a screenshot of the promotion saying the promotion was January 13-16. Never received my beta code so I contacted customer support. Live chat ubi customer support rep told me that I should have received a beta code and forwarded my case to the escalation team. The escalation team told me I did not purchase during the promotion period even though it is quite clear that I did and I have proof that I did. Only reason I purchased future soldier was for the beta code as I already owned the game on console. If this isn't some kind of misunderstanding on Ubisofts side then as a police officer this is a clear and cut case of theft by deception as I was lead to believe I was purchasing a product during a promotional period (again I have multiple forms of proof that I did purchase during promotional period) and did not receive items as advertised. I would sincerely like my beta code. Do not want a refund. I want what I purchased as advertised.

Sincerely, seriously hope this is a misunderstanding. As normally Ubisoft has the best customer service in gaming in my experiences. But if I'm being run around on this then something needs to be done one way or another

A technical issue was identified on the Ubisoft Store in relation to the Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Future Soldier promotion granting access to the Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Beta. As a result, the offer was removed earlier than expected. We are sorry for the inconveniences. Please contact Ubisoft customer support for any question regarding your order.

My suggestion, contact Ubisoft customer support as I did (and others have) to get this resolved ASAP. They're on it quickly, they sorted my issue out within 20m of my chat with an Ubi customer support engineer. They can check your account, and sort out the problem. Ubi are aware there was an issue.

    Edit: Heh, see above
