logging into ubisoft club | Forums

I can not redeem any of my rewards because every time I attempt to login to Ubisoft Club it says there is a login error. This is really frustrating. It say redeem reward at ubi.club.com, but does not recognize my password. Ideas. Solutions? Because I am about done with Ubisoft if something doesn't change.

Try resetting your Club password. At one point accounts were not linked across all the Ubisoft sites, so it's worth a shot.
