Hi Riders on this thread! 'The Assumption' and 'Peaceful Pummel' are indeed tier 3 tracks. There's a small issue in the configuration of the tracks right now, that's letting you ride tier-1 bikes on the tracks, hence the confusion! We'll fix this issue now, and they would behave like tier-3 tracks with the next update. Thank you for bringing this to our attention too!
