    Hi H-Refr, the server popup will appear when we add the gems to your account. If you have one or more track pieces, you'll see a button saying "Get a piece for 10 gems" on the track itself. You can directly buy the pieces from the bar on the right, after tapping on the track. I'd suggest you do that once we add the gems to your account (or now if you have enough gems already!). Don't worry about reinstalling, you wouldn't need to!

    Hi link42586, we've added the 'Lost Descent' track to the Daily Shop. The track pieces are visible only to those players who have 1 or more track pieces for that track. Do let me know if you can see the track pieces in the menu bar on the right that pops up when you tap on the track. The track is in the Ferry, I hope this helped!

    As mentioned in other threads, I and a lot of other people seem to be in the boat of having unlocked the track before but losing it with the end of the event. While we have the ability to buy the individual pieces, we were never credited it gems. I even had the option to load progress from the server and nothing changed. Do I have to send a support ticket or will this be resolved on its own?

    Same here. I pulled about 30k coins from the slot machine and then the server pop-up appeared. I accepted the 70 gems but was a bit miffed at losing the coins.
    I was able to immediately do another slot machine mission...and by random luck (or not) got my 30k coins back.

    ^^^ What he said. It seems like players that lost the track when the fix was applied are being credited the 70 gems but those of us that lost it at the end of the event aren't. I know it sounds like I'm whining but..... IT'S JUST NOT FAIR!!! Visual Aid - This is me typing in all caps to simulate yelling and stamping my feet while sobbing like a baby!

    Hi CagBall, you'd be asked to choose device vs server every time there is a change in your inventory that is initiated by us (an example - when 70 gems are added to your account). Also, I'd recommend you choose 'server' each time, so that the data stays with you
