To say that I am pleased with the game as it is ... No I'm not happy. In my (purely my opinion) believes the game could be something big. But the fact that it is a currently does not capture much attention.

What seems to me wrong in the game?
It seems to me the wrong system of double standards for PvP and PvE. Yes. This system promotes the use of cheat programs. And get more of the damage in PvE is confusing as to enter into PvP.
I feel abnormal when two very different items between them have the same quality of equipment.
I do not find it normal not to lose any speed or accuracy of shooting on the move, and the bolie Accept damage resistance in the murder.
It seems to me a bad idea to an empty part of the city ... and the bandits there where all of them escaped.

What kind of changes I would like to see?

1) Reduction of the general NPC mechanic to mechanic of players. Since the entire population of the city constitute a "people" (no aliens or zombies) that is a logical change. As if the mechanics for PvP and PvE not be a different are the easier it will be to achieve at least something like a balance.
2) Do NPCs above level 30 to see their equipment instead of quality level, it would be more logical, and so you can understand why they are different.
3) To see the dynamic of equipment quality system that will not be based on specified taken from nowhere figures. I think that the quality of of equipment should be based on specified characteristics on items. It Tode solve many problems associated with the equipment.
4) fill the PvE part of the city events and NPCs. Remove jobs from the board to make them according to random areas. That is, you are helping the residents and get it for intel data. Just when issuing supply on the streets you get a reward not items, you will get intel data.
5) I would like to see the meaning of the full dress sets with 5 instead of bonuses. Give us a sense of dressing (I do not think it's so hard).
6) I'd like to see the room-Arsenal where you can collect all the sets of equipment and armor. This solves the problem with the change of of equipment on the character and the problem fast layout change.
7) I would like to see additional mechanics for interaction in a dark area. It will make more interest to the game.
8) Enlarge variety of jobs, not just come and kill. Such tasks can be added not only in PvE zone but also in the "underground", and even in a dark zone (optional). I for example do not think that the salvation of the people in the tunnel would be a bad idea. Add the puzzles.
9) Finally, automate server. I do not think you're going to serve it endlessly ... It is unprofitable.
10) Enter a mechanism for determining the inflated performance. You a long time ago would be worth making.

It can be so much more to add. But I doubt that you're going to least something correct.
