    Ubisoft support is extremely bad and outright pathetic!

    I AM EXTREMELY UPSET WITH UBISOFT!!!
    i bought the GOLD EDITION of the division FROM STEAM and therefore i am supposed to have access to all future up coming DLCs including "Survival" which was claimed by ANOTHER UPLAY account which causes an issue when i load the game from my STEAM ACCOUNT, it keeps saying that this PARTICULAR DLC NAMED "SURVIVAL" is claimed by ANOTHER UPLAY account!!!!! THIS PREVENTS THE GAME FROM STARTING AND I AM UNABLE TO PLAY THE DIVISION DUE TO THIS ISSUE!!! CAN YOU STOP TELLING ME YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT SINCE YOU ARE THE PUBLISHER AND I PAID $124.00 SGD for this game and the least i expect is to be able to PLAY THE GOD DAMN GAME!!!!

    i have waited 2 entire weeks BEFORE I FINALLY GOT A REPLY from support!!! what kind of shady company is this!?! i swear is nothing is being done, i will let the WHOLE WORLD KNOW WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS UBISOFT!!

    You're stating something that WE already know. Plus, you're putting this in General Discussion and it needs to be in the Technical/PC section for anybody to take any action. You can call Ubisoft Technical Support, though I doubt they'll help as all they do is make excuses and deflect everything from themselves. They are pathetic.

    Are there more than one person playing games using your steam account? That could be the problem and the reason steam won't help. Ubisoft won't help if that's the case either. From what you describe, this definitely sounds like a steam issue.
