Some ideas for life post level 30 for your agent.

Just some ideas and some venting, to retain players in the post qualified void that exists in the Division.
    1. Revamp the LZ with all LZ activities counting as experience to continue the levelling progression post level 30, out to level 999 if you want.
    2. Increase the LZ boss count so it creates a travelling map with trash mobs in between with at least one boss in every sector of the LZ.
That way you travel the entire map making a loop that resets in about the time it takes to travel, no need to fast travel. Good rewards of named armour, weapons and mods.
Make the bosses rotate location and have more options for bosses like the UG, so you can be surprised as to what you will find.
Rotate the trash mobs so you won't find the same guys in the same spot every time.
    3. Use the left over treasure rewards from levelling days to contain random armour, weapons or mods or phoenix dollars. Look around the map you never know what you will find.
    4. Introduce the side mission theme again, where you have to save some citizens, rescue a drop or recapture lost supplies, stop an arms deal, fix broken equipment,
find contaminated viral samples, or important anti viral filters.
    5. Similar to the UG, have missions where you gather intel that leads to finding a wannabee faction leader who you have to take out.
    6. Treasure hunt theme, where art or antiques collections have been stolen and you have to travel to find the random number, of missing pieces.
    7. Rescue missing, believed held captive JTF officers at various locations.
    8. Storm and take out faction strong holds when intel identifies where they are located.
    9. Revamp the HVT targets so they freaking change regularly, hadn't done one in months, same ones still there, just so stingy and lazy to keep the same old, ad nauseum.
    10. Revamp the intel missions at the safe houses also, again laziness to keep the same tired crap with out refreshing it, changing it.
    11. Introduce some new faction, such as an international cartel, to give some new impetus to the game.
    12. PVP arena for computer aided or grudge matches on either, same gear, weapons, mods battle or BYO build if you think it will cut it. Solo, team and 24 agent FFA.
    13. PVE DZ option to give agents who won't enter the current DZ an extra option and give some life to the game for PVE agents.
    14. Random treasure hunt, clues can be found when travelling around the LZ, hints from Isaac, leading to a random location where a good reward is located such as Phoenix
dollars, glamour weapon skin or agent bling item.
    15. Expand the map for new locations to explore.
    16. Activities exploring the vast train network and subway system with IED's, booby traps and ambushes possible, locating faction bosses and missing captive JTF personnel.
    17. Hunt and destroy mission to capture or kill Aaron Keener and the dollar virus guy, forgot his name. Personally I would have made this activity my choice instead of survival.
So many possibilities, so much could be done but sadly it appears they have taken the hundreds of millions of dollars they got for the game, slashed the team and are doing the minimum to keep anarchy at bay but little else. If I was to head up a development team these are the activities I would look to introduce.
What do you think, any glaring omissions you would like to see?

I would like to see (after level 30 is reached) new things in PVE section for toon to do..
    1) Ride bus
    2) ride train
    3) use zip lines

So after level 30 no more missions just street fights, like DZ have it so many players can play it at once in a section but with no FF. Each section will be based on bots, for instance a hood section, a rikers section a LMB section and a rogue agent section.

Instead of fast travel have buses in some area's, others have trains and some have zip lines off high rises.

Have bots in random windows or on rooftops shooting down on players.

Have bots driving around in cars shooting out at players.

Another idea is a capture the flag idea going from Hudson to other side of DZ in PVE area, have a timer and have it up to 24 players at one time, have a different start and end point every week, give it loot worth doing.

I've done around 1,000 missions and game is stale, I have to much game stutter to make PVP fun, I find UG and survive not all that fun after a few times, I have made 8 toons 7 to 30 with last one at 19 but just so hard to get excited about getting to 30 again. I know I got my moneys worth out of game so I should just move on but game looks so good and I like story line, keep thinking something great might happen sooner or later.

To tell truth I'm ready for "The Division 2" at this point.

Except for all the fuel left lying around in the red canisters that you see almost everywhere in the LZ. Generators use fuel so it has to come from somewhere. There are also gas stations, cars, trucks and buses to siphon from
