Where is my map pieces to get from KTM Rally. I spend lots of gems to get them. Give my gems back or give pieces back.

Do not make a statement like "cause of lag". I demand immediate coverage of my loss.

I have had the exact same issue. I spent about 50-100 gems getting 4 or 5 map pieces and they have disappeared! When I contacted ubisoft the response talked about spending gems on ktm upgrades - which I didn't mention at all in my original message! I have replied again trying to be as clear as possible so I will wait and see what response I get next...

Hi smelinor & Kanuykusu7, here’s some good news - for all of you who lost the ‘Lost Descent’ track pieces with the hotfix update, we'll reward you with 70 gems in your account. We'll be adding only ‘Lost Descent’ track pieces in the daily shop for you to buy, from 17th*January until 5th*February 2017. You can use those gems to get the missed track pieces during that time

Hopefully that applies to every who lost out? I also spent 150-200 gems, not 70.

Yeah I put in a support ticket and was told it was a bug and that I shouldn't have even have gotten them LMAO!

What does that even mean? I shouldn't have participated and spun the wheel for a chance to get a map piece? Is that not a major part of the goal for this event?

Not to mention having to deal with the gas and brake controls not working half of the time, speedups/slowdowns etc... This game is a joke. I keep coming back wanting to get back into my old favorite game but the same issues that made me quit are still very alive.

OK - now here the same.
I had the LOST DESCENT track since 6 days and used diamonds on the wheel, before update.
After update I still had the track and so I do not try to get another map piece for this track!
BUT today I recieved the 4 pieces as reward for leg1 and now I have 4/10 and track is gone.
What to do?
SPEND 💎 again?

So let me get this right. I used around 100-150 gems to unlock the track. I'll get back 70 gems but I have to use gems to buy map pieces (I already had) from the daily shop?

How much will they be in the shop? Will they only be available 1 piece at a time? I now need another 6 map pieces, if they are more than 12 gems each (probably will be a lot more) ill still be wasting a lot of gems because of this bug.

Same here! And to get more wierd, i even have time in Lost Descent...so...i'm nº177 in the ranking, but can't play again!
