    I didn't end up in that situation but I think you're right the fix wasn't implement well.

    I had 2-3 pieces, then I had zero pieces, then I accumulated 4 pieces again, then I got 4 more pieces for the top 10% prize. In the end I had to buy 2 pieces.

    All that said, they should have just given the track to everyone who participated in the event. I can't imagine it would be that much of a strain on RL's bottom line but from a customer satisfaction stand point it would have been much more beneficial.

    Was there an in-game notification about the 70 gem reimbursement? I just remembered the other day the game had acted like it was a fresh install, starting in the tutorial level. I logged in and chose Server but I don't recall seeing anything about getting 70 gems. So I'm not sure if I received it or not.

    Same I didn't notice anything about 70 gems as well. But I don't really sure if I got the gems or not. But the answer must be NO! Since we all know how buggysoft do their jobs!

    Still haven't got the gems. I had 27 gems a few days ago (after spending a load on respins for Peaceful Pummel pieces) and I still have 27 gems. I can see that I have 4/10 pieces for Lost Descent, which I got from the event rewards, but all the pieces I bought respins for are gone and I'm being offered the lost pieces for 10 gems each.

    I'm currently on 7/10 pieces for Peaceful Pummel (6 by respins, 1 by actually landing on it first try), so after this week's event concludes in a few hours I should be awarded the remaining 3 pieces. Hopefully it works properly this week!

    yes this has happened to me too but I wont be wasting too much of my time on here as they don't respond.
    I paid for a gem pack about 1year ago & never received it. I messaged Ubisoft, several times & never heard a thing.
    Is a year too short? as I don't want to appear impatient!!!!
    I wont ever spend real money again. lesson learned.. I hope you enjoyed my £7.99

    That happened to me to mate. I just messaged Google Play with the receipt and they refunded my money within hours.

    BTW, will it be possible to get missing Pieces for Peaceful Pummel right now I have 8/10 and there is no possibility to buy missing pieces nor whole track
