Hey CaptainWeelie,

The shop has reset for me but there's no option to buy the map pieces and also there's no 70 free gems.
I lost map pieces but cannot buy them back.

The map pieces are for sale directly from the map screen (for me at least on iOS).

If you click on lost descent it should give you the option to buy pieces for 10 gems each.

None of this explains your lack of 70 gems compensation for the issue (or my lack of 70 gems).

Does anyone know what happens if you don't collect all 10 pieces by the end of the leg, are you unable to collect that map or will there always be a 'buy each piece for 10 gems' options?

I have the track now but never received the gems. Please fix this and reimburse the 150-200 I spent - or, at least the 70 I was promised!

So we get 70 gems reimbursed and you put Lost Decent in the chip store for 100 gems ?

So people who spent gems on wheels spin, still have to spend more gems to get the track ???????????????????????

Hi Sam,

Only players who have one or more track pieces for ‘Lost Descent’ can purchase the remaining track pieces from the world map at 10 gems each.
Players with 0 track pieces at the end of leg 1 can buy the whole track from the Daily shop for 100 gems. I hope that seems fair

Hi Seb,

You can collect the track piece directly from the World Map (in the Ferry, to be precise) if you already have 1 or more track pieces in the inventory.
These will be available until you've collected all of them

I don't think it's fair for people that the track costs 100 gems. If you only reimburse us 70, and we had X amount of pieces before the update, then have 0 after the update and can't buy individual pieces, then you are expecting people to pay an extra 30 gems for something they already had part of unlocked. That may be a long run-on sentence with bad grammar, but it makes sense. This is shady.
