OK - now here the same.

I had the LOST DESCENT track since 6 days and used diamonds on the wheel, before update.
After update I still had the track and so I do not try to get another map piece for this track!
BUT today I recieved the 4 pieces as reward for leg1 and now I have 4/10 and track is gone.
What to do?
SPEND 💎 again?

In the same boat and am now ranked in the top 150 of a track I apparently haven't unlocked. Like others, I am also curious about how this gem compensation is supposed to happen and hope a support ticket isn't necessary.

Even if we get 70 gems back I imagine most people will still have to spend a lot more get the map back.

I have already spent around 100-150 gems to unlock the track. I now need 6 more map pieces because of the bug, will I be able to get them with 70 gems?

Unless the track pieces are around 10 gems each a lot of people are going to be mad. From what I have read on this forum and in Facebook groups a lot of people including myself spent 100+ gems to unlock the track and now that week 1 has ended most people only have 4 pieces.

The easiest solution for people who had unlocked the track would be look at the leader boards and unlock the track for anyone who has set a time.

If anyone from Red Lynx is reading I would suggest doing one of the following to try keep people happy.

1, Add 3 or 4 pieces (so we don't have to wait 24 hours) to the daily shop each day for 10 gems each.
2, Add the full track for 70 gems.
3, Add 3 pieces to the daily shop for 30 - 50 gems.

Yeah...um....i didn't choose server side....because i was getting alot of gems from the ads at the time..and didn't wanna lose the amount i gained from the ads since it took a long time....can i get that again? Also because I didn't know this was going to happen.

So we get 70 gems reimbursed and you put Lost Decent in the chip store for 100 gems ?

So people who spent gems on wheels spin, still have to spend more gems to get the track ???????????????????????

Hey CaptainWeelie,

The shop has reset for me but there's no option to buy the map pieces and also there's no 70 free gems.
I lost map pieces but cannot buy them back.

Same here, no gems/map pieces yet.
