    Same here.

    Now that Week 1 has ended I have lost the track "lost descent". I unlocked the track in the week with map pieces wasting loads of gems on the loot wheel. Now that week 1 has ended the track shows that I have 4 of the 10 map pieces needed. When I click the track it still shows my time.

    Apparently we are going to receive 70 gems and can buy back the pieces from tomorrow....

    Map pieces lost

    I've not seen the gems yet though. I would much rather just get the pieces I lost, and I am sure others who spent more than 70 would too.

    OK - now here the same.

    I had the LOST DESCENT track since 6 days and used diamonds on the wheel, before update.
    After update I still had the track and so I do not try to get another map piece for this track!
    BUT today I recieved the 4 pieces as reward for leg1 and now I have 4/10 and track is gone.
    What to do?
    SPEND 💎 again?

    For all of you who lost the ‘Lost Descent’ track pieces with the hotfix update, we'll reward you with 70 gems in your account. We'll be adding only ‘Lost Descent’ track pieces in the daily shop for you to buy, from 17th*January until 5th*February 2017. You can use those gems to get the missed track pieces during that time

    Hi, CaptainWeelie! Should I send a support ticket to get compensation for the lost track pieces or those affected by the bug will be detected automatically? Just want to know when to expect 70 gems or start worrying if they don't arrive.

    If we didn't collect all 6 or 10 pieces will we also get the chance to get them from the shop?

    I only lost 2 pieces (I think) and it shows I only have 4 (the 4 from the leg 1 reward), will I be able to get this track from buying it in the shop?

    Will this same procedure be the same for each leg with the 10 piece tracks?

    In the same boat. I am now ranked in the top 150 of a track I apparently haven't unlocked. Like others, I am also curious about how this gem compensation is supposed to happen. I hope I don't have to submit a support ticket.
