    Me as well! This is ridiculous! I lost 6 pieces that I spent dozens of gems on...Why does it seems like every time there is an update, there are twice as many problems? I just don't understand why RL/whoever hasn't fixed all this. I have spent A LOT of time and A LOT of gems/money/everything on purchases throughout the game. I will send a message to them as well and see what their response is. I demand to have my gems replaced or at least have the 6 missing pieces replaced. This is totally unacceptable!

    Well, since we are all listing them..... as I've said elsewhere, I lost 6 map pieces in the update, and the corresponding gems I used. I've since spent more gems to get them BACK.... and just to get out from under this hassle I was literally THROWING mega-gems at those map pieces this second time. Just sick of replaying due to bugs, and wanted it to stop. But now (until the next buggy update) I am back to where I was a week ago. Hurray for me!

    ... clearly an irritating bug made in a patch that was supposed to FIX a pretty major bug itself. Not happy but really... its business as usual around here. Not holding my breath on getting any compensation.

    Thought I'd contribute my experience...

    I spent quite a few hundred gems on the loot wheel so as to not miss any track pieces for Lost Descent over the last week, managed to collect all 10 pieces and set a decent time on the track recently. Updated to the new patch today and randomly saw a track piece on the loot wheel after playing a track. Excited that there was a new track available to collect pieces for, I wasted even more gems to get it. Afterwards when I checked the map I noticed that Lost Descent was missing and in it's place a lonely 1/10 collection item (now sitting at 2/10 after collecting another). However, I still have my time recorded on a track I supposedly don't own! What's going on?

    ^^ That seems to be the case around here. Not sure why we even have mod's on here...I don't have facebook, but does anyone know if there are as many complaints on there as here?

    Same for me. I had 7 map pieces and spent a lot of gems to get them. Now they are gone. Not happy

    Happy that other players made it to the event, but this new glitch is something that had to have affected a ton of people.

    I'd personally like to see something from the Frontier Team myself. The amount of gems I threw at re-spins were crazy high too, usually with little 'luck.'

    At 50+ Million Downloads, I think it's not unfair to ask the devs for a few hundred gems for that accomplishment, or to at least make up for this last glitch.

    Maybe they could add it into the Riders Club, existing members get it and non-existing members would still have to sign up, but would still receive the Gems - but for a limited time or something.

    It would be a Win Win for Ubi in my book.

    Thanks! Hopefully this will also include reimbursement for the gems used to obtain the disappearing track pieces?

    I lost the track completely...I was the first on my friends list and from what i could tell the first to get the track out of everyeone in the game....Now I have to recollect the pieces to play it again.
