Yeah, I don't get it either. Maybe 20 minutes and I was thinking "Maybe I should just go play the game. This is boring and stupid." Went off, ran a bunch of S&D, and HVT/HRT and got xp and loot... and had fun!Originally Posted by teado25 Go to original post
I dunno... watched a guy who was resetting mission every 4 seconds. Received a proficiency cache every 18th reset because of the stacked XP bonus from gear and mods. So, about every couple of minutes he was getting another cache. Opened one with a Barretts Chest (crap roll, but whatever). I would say that's pretty freaking efficient!
Tested this out thanks to this thread.Originally Posted by mccallew Go to original post
Around 28k xp per reset and it took 3-4 secs to kill the NPCs.
Adding the time to actually do the reset I would say 5-6 seconds per one time and every 14th-15th gave field cache so sure fast.
Boring af thou so not doing it again.
Yet another exploit... case in point. In the division it's really important to not have theses kinds of bugs because it destroys the entire premise of the game. So many players are exploiting for gear while a few poor souls insist the gear is irrelevant. The people using exploits are going to take the gear into the DZ, they always have been. They are taking the path of least resistance to achieve an advantage over another player. Does that make them good at PvP or good at using exploits? .... it must be extremely boring. I think this culture of cheating will persist in the division, because the meta-game is so important, but i hope that changes in 1.6.
Guess that problem will be easily fixed with adding cooldown on restarting mission at same difficulty as you can accidentaly choose bad difficulty. But even you start mission at normal, change to different diifuculty and then immediatelly bace, colldown will be still active. Something like 1-2 minutes cooldown will be good number.
