And BTW i have never played a game before that had this poor of a customer support and this many bugs and glitches. I don't want to point the finger on anybody but some people's incompetence in this world is unparalleled. The game has caused me a lot of misfortune in the last few days and although this may not make me stop playing the game, I am 100% that this wont attract any new players. Please fix the issues ASAP!!!

Yeah, I'm still not quite sure how they manage it.

The proper customer support is worse than the forums - I complained about some issue once and got some generic Apple-only tips back (factory reset etc.). The forums are a bit better but I've not seen an official figure on here for a while.

I was forced to update and didn't notice anything odd other than it telling me I set a new record every run regardless of whether it was actually a new record. It still has all my old times recorded for the KTM event but the coach showed up again and I did the first leg mission again.

Then I read this thread and went back to look for my lost descent pieces and found they were all gone.

before this update my KTM event was OK,no bugs and Everything worked very well...
but now the event is a total mess!!!

-lost 8 map pieces for the track lost decent(spend 200+ gems for it!!!)
and seems impossible now to have map pieces appear on the loot wheel after 2hours of trying
so for now 0/10 pieces for this track Which also disappeared from the map


-when replaying a track for the 1st time the game tells me that i've set a NEW RECORD for it,even if i'm 2 seconds slower than my previous best before the update...
and if i improve my best time before the update no points are added to the leaderboards!!!


-also not to mention that i spend 500+ fuel to grind map pieces and time improvement for what??? a new update that f..... up that!!!

Already that I could not finish the last bunker event because of bugs so lost 1 new track and now this great update...
so REDLYNX what's the new trick after that???

Just thought you should know this, there´s probably a (high) chance that you´ll be forced to update before the first leg ends.

Thats exactly whats happened this afternoon; its FORCING me to update, and lose my 6 "Lost Descent" map pieces I gained via effort+gems.

Why do I play this game when it keeps screwing me over time and time again?

Lost 8 track pieces (spent around 120+ gems) and all of my 1% times. Furious. Game loses server connection even more than before the update.

I've also lost 6 track pieces. Like someone mentioned above I thought the pieces had disappeared from loot wheel as well but they started showing up after I accepted the coach's mission, again.

Just spent 20+ gems on first piece, hate myself. Checked map hoping for 7/10 on lost descent...of course only 1/10, silly me

Fortunately, since I already found all 10 pieces, the track did not disappear. That's the only good news I think.
Like with many people all my KTM times are reset, but it still shows me in the top 1% in the leaderboards. Is it safe to just go by the leaderboard and not play the tracks anymore?

Edit: Played KTM course again. At the end, a Lost Decent track piece appeared and naturally went into full panic mode. However, I checked the map, and I still had the track. Not sure what's going to happen if I actually land on a track piece, but not planning on finding out.

3 pages of people facing various issues in here since the event and the update and not a single answer from them.

They prefer to celebrate on the official announcement and news page (where no one goes) instead facing their problems.

I actually had all the track pieces and had ridden it a few times and after the update the track is gone. I have to collect all the pieces again. Also, I can check the leaderboard and see that I still have a time on there. I also have to replay the coach, which is fine because then I get the rewards again.
