    Stats got reset when I accepted the 1000 acorns

    Hey guys,
    So as the title suggests all my stats got reset when I accepted the 1000 acons.
    I'm too scared to even play it now as I don't want to overwrite anything

    Can these please be restored for me.

    I've tried contacting redlynx via twitter a number of times with no response

    I really don't want to redo the whole thing again.

    Someone on twitter said to do a restore to last saved, but that wasn't an option available to me.

    If Redlynx can autosave while connected to servers, surely the can also restore

    Apologies for the delay, GreenGully. Can you clarify if you are referring to in-game progression or the leaderboards? With in-game progress, if you have online storage/cloud back-up then you might be able to recover your save files on your PlayStation. If you currently do not use online storage then it's possible that you have a corrupted save file. Since acorns are saved on our servers and not in local save files, then I'd say it's unlikely this would be caused by the acorns. Apologies again for the delay. Please feel free to let me know if you have any further questions.

    Hi, Thanks for the response. I can't restore from the cloud as I don't have PS+.
    So what you're saying is you can't restore my data, even though everything (all my progression and stats and bike access, everything) gets stored on your servers?
    So the fact that the very second I accepted the acorns everything got wiped clean. The Acorns were not the cause?
    I mean ALL that progress since the game launched is just gone. I'm so completely devastated and deflated and I've been to scared to even launch the game in case something overrides the information you have on your servers.
    To give you an idea... Trials Fusion is the ONLY PS4 game I own which I've play almost daily since launch. I hope you understand why I'm feeling shattered about what's happened.
    Please restore what you can. (regardless of what happened) I just want to ride.

    I can understand the frustration, especially after putting in so much time in with a game. With the save files being local on your PlayStation, it's not possible for us to restore previous save files on the console. I'd suggest either reaching out to PlayStation Support with further assistance with the save file - or you can reach out to our Support team who will be able to assist further and better follow up with you.

    Thanks, I guess. I've contacted your support...

    I'm not hopeful anymore of getting a resolve to this. Basically, I'm F'd.

    I have a feeling I'm wasting my time and the last 2 years. But I will continue to wait for a response.

    4 weeks AGO I submitted this ticket and still no reply from *cough* Customer Service.

    At the VERY LEAST you can restore my unlocked bikes and stats.

    HOW can all that stuff be a local save, when it connects to the server to pull my stats and bikes. Please just restore what you can, that's all i ASK
