    Can somebody help me??

    I've subscribed Unlimited weeks ago, but none of the songs show up in game.
    I've tried Ubisoft Support here and on Twitter also and didn't get any answer.

    I'm losing weeks of play because of that and I'm realizing that it might be better to just ask for refund, because it doesn't seem to work.

    I've tested my internet connection and it is working fine. Playing Overwatch and other games without any problem.

    Can somebody help me with this?

    Are you on PC? PS4? XB1? What happens when you try to access the unlimited song selection - does it ask you to subscribe or are you unable to see the unlimited songs? I'm sorry you haven't received a response from support yet, but please understand that there is an extreme backlog of tickets at the moment and support is working as fast as they can to respond to everyone in a timely fashion. If you'd like to PM me your ticket # I can look into it further.

    Thank you for your answer.
    I'm on PS4 and I just can't see the unlimited song list, but the unlimited stamp and the days countdown appear normally.
    I'll send you my support ticket number over PM.
