    Cant buy games in shop ????

    Every time I go to checkout and fill my billing adress on my order confirmation screent i t says no payment methods error ?

    I have a similar problem:
    We're sorry but the transaction failed and the payment has not been validated. Please note you will not be charged. Please try to order again. We would recommend you use another payment method.
    I'm trying to use a promo code and I think it will expire this month. I'm really displeased with UPlay.

    I did twice. Last time this morning. I was on the phone for 70 minutes. Customer service couldn’t help me. I think the problem is happening back end. I’m really disappointed with UPlay.

    I managed to buy from the store back in November but after that I've not been able to at all. I opened a ticket at the start of December and got a few replies with them telling me to try a few things but none of it worked. They then said that it was being escalated to find out what was wrong but then there's been no news for over a month now??
