Xbox One/Kinect: game often loses track of which dancer is where
When playing with multiple dancers, the system will at first register correctly, but as you dance often the system gets confused as to the positions of the dancers. That means the scores get screwed up as well. It will also sometimes pick up inanimate objects as dancers.

Sorry to hear that, Athomeceo!
Have you cleaned the "camera" part of your sensor yet? I would also have the sensor as close to the edge of the surface you put it on as possible (while remaining safe)
Also maybe re-calibrating and making sure that all of the chairs/posters/anything that might get picked up in the background are well out of the way.
Good luck getting those high scores with your friends!

Same issue
I actually have the same issue. Moreover, it usually picks up one user in the "heat map" on top correcly, but the other users got duplicated characters in their heat map. So the heat map of the other users look like there are 2 of the same person in different positions dancing the exact same move. I have recalibrated, adjusted lighting, etc. but nothing seems to work :/ the system registers people before the game just fine though

Same Issue Here, Any Updates?
I have the same issue. I was thinking about getting a new Kinect or something like that. My 2 year old got really high score with my moves!
What else can be done? It's really annoying not being able to play without issues.
