    How boring it's become

Came back to check out Survival since I paid for it. Survival was fun but after running around for a 2 weeks I have pretty much maxed out the sets I like after starting with nothing since I had quit before 1.4. In my opinion they released the DLC in wrong order. 1.3 loot drop would have worked had they released Survival then. It's so easy to get like 20+ items from finishing it and you don't even need to be geared up like Incursions. After a little learning curve it's not difficult to complete. The ridiculous loot drop rate lost the soul of this game and the difference between a maxed out build and an average build is so small it's not worth the time sorting though hundreds of items. The way the game is now they could just unlock every item in the at maxed out level and let players just equip what the want when they want. What's the point of dealing with all this loot? I don't even look at it and just sell it. This game had me hooked for months and now I am done again after a couple weeks and it really wasn't fun but I felt obligated to try it. I'll try the next DLC but until then, good luck.

What is with the fixation of loot equaling fun? It's honestly beyond me. How about focusing on, you know, the gameplay?

Loot is easy to come by, granted, but if the game is boring it's not because of loot, it's because of a lack of game design in terms of how the game is played. I can name plenty of games where loot is boring and tedious yet are fun to play because it's not just all about the loot.

As for survival the most boring part is the long waiting time for a match. On a good day I'm in before a minute is up. On a bad day...

While not bored, I am finding it a little tedious now. I long for more content. Everything is just steam rolled now, maybe even a little easy now more people are maxed out. I played with some 229 players yesterday and that was fun, because I didn't have there fire power back up, I myself had to be more careful, and they had to pick me up a few times then I'm used to.
I'm still slowly perfecting my build but that's slow.
What I am doing is everyday aim to fill my bag and sell the lot, building enough credits for 1.6 for caches. 300 million so far.
Also so content and incursions which I have played little of just for a change, even if I don't finish incursions I'm not fussed.
I love underground but wish that was a little harder or have heroic mode just for the challenge.

C'mon guys. Statistically, unless you have come into the possession of 5 Larae Barrett chest pieces, you are not anywhere near maximizing the stats on that item. Keep your nose to the grindstone, and by the time 1.6 rolls around, maybe, just maybe, you will have optimized gear. To fight and win in the DZ!

Actually survival released at the right time on ps4 because people don't really need to worry about the loot as most are min/maxed plus imagine all the people who fail at least it won't feel like a waste of time if they come out with only a few caches.

+1 this! I love playing this game, even with all it's quirks and faults. I play because it's fun, not for the loot, that's a bonus.

The game looks good, the crap the devs mess up that they never seem to be in a hurry to fix and the same thing over and over makes the game drag.

I can tell you where every Boss is , how many in their group, the direction they are going and best way to kill them if you cant face plant them, that right there sums up game for me.

If AI would move around whole map and make if unpredictable then that would be at least something.

think if on last round of Napalm Mission 10 of the big cleaner came out instead of the same guys you have killed 30 times, that would be crazy and that would make it fun.

On top of everything PVE section is rank, nothing new at all, incursions are about as dumb as it gets, just crap thrown together to be tuff that makes ZERO sense, making endless bots is not some great thing, its a cheap move. UG is its own deal and doesn't feel like part of PVE at all, so this huge PVE area just sits dead with same thing going on over and over.

Couldn't agree more the brilliant detailed open world of Manhatten is a wasted empty space.

HVT's are just boring/UG was a repetitive bore at best/Incursions not worth any kind of time and as for survival that's just a poor/fake Day Z wannabe, I didn't even download it I played it on the PTS 4 times and that was enough same old repetitive rubbish, heck even the clothes/mats/weapons etc etc etc are in the same place everytime they couldn't even randomise that, as for Last Stand I hold out no hope or excitement for that in anyway. As for year 2 they won't be getting any money off of me for story/extra stuff that is probably cut from year one to make that extra $$$$ for them.

i'll stick to the actual story 1-30 again the real open world RPG part of this game .and the only good part of the entire Division experience
