Right, so about 1 month ago after putting over 300+ hours into my account, I get banned for some reason.
I made multiple cases on Ubisoft Support and received no response at all.
So I bought the game again, via Steam.
So after finishing my everyday grind to reach World Tier 5 what happens? Banned again??????????????????????
What the actual **** is going on??
And no, dont tell me to go to Support because your customer support is a joke since I didn't receive a single replay.
And I did not receive any email about my account being banned. So WTF????
If you believe you have been wrongfully banned, please get in contact with Ubisoft support and submit an appeal. This is the official process and unfortunately there isn't much we can assist you with here on the forums.
