Hello, I have the same problem.
I bought the digital gold edition of the game with the season pass about 2 weeks ago, I have been stuck in the first login screen since the first time I launched the game.
I had already tried the PC version and never had a single problem, it was still digital, but with no DLCs, this was in March 2016.
I managed to login by deleting my PSN account from my Ubisoft page. Of course I had to activate it again when I wanted to play, the game launched, but basically the trick only works just one time. If you close the game and launch it again it doesn't go past the first login screen.
A friend of mine who bought the game with me has the same issue with the gold edition. Another one who bought the physical version plus the digital season pass is not experiencing any problem.
It might be related to the software downloading together both the main game contents and the season pass without activating them separately into our accounts?

Hello everyone, we are still looking into this and I would appreciate if you could provide us with some more information.

What were you doing the last time you played before this started happening? Please be as specific as possible!

This issue has been present intermittently since I received the game as a gift this Christmas. The last time I played I was online until ~2am 07Jan2017 PST. When I attempted to login at noon 07JAN2017 PST I was unable to connect. I have not made any network setting changes in that time.

Do you own a physical copy or digital copy of the game?

I own a physical copy, it is the Hazmat Gear Set edition

Do you own the season pass or DLCs? Were they part of a gold edition or did you buy them separately?

Everything I have was part of the physical copy of the game I received. I was able t get the Hazmat gear in the game.

What have you already tried to resolve the issue? What was the results of these attempts? Please be as detailed as possible.

I have tried unlinking and relinking my PSN account to my UBI account. I have checked my Network connection in the PS4 and it is active, and I have verified PSN services are available.

Any additional information you think may be relevant? The more the better!

I am connecting to my home network by a wired connection directly to my router which is in turn connected to my Cable Modem. My ISP is Comcast.

Sorry Guys I was not able to read all the messages but has any of you had luck on these.

- I tried the uplay unlinking but even like that the game trues to log with my account.
- uninstalling and reinstalling

No luck for me. I have been trying to connect for ~1 hour

I have this game for a few months now, put it down and am a returning player when i saw some DLC content to play. This game used to load up no problem first try all the time. When I tried connecting after the latest patch was downloaded it does not work at all. I have opened a case but your responses do not work and I have now had this problem for over a month! The problem is with your servers since the game worked fine before your newest patch so I would examine what YOU guys did in the latest patch that seems to have caused the connectivity issue. I have managed to log in a few times but this is after loading up the game for about 30 seconds at a time to see if it connects then retrying. Sometimes get it after the third try sometimes it doesn't load at all. The problem is on your end Ubisoft its not my router, every other game I have works fine.

Start Game, The game will go through ~1 minute of attempting to connect and will go to the image the Eagle with X Start Game
In the account.ubisoft.com browser window, relink PSN account
Hit X to start game
You will go to the Connect Screen and the Club UBI Page will load
Once the Club Ubi Loads, Square button and return to Game
Game starts

I don't know if this will work for everyone, but it worked twice for me today.

Yes, you need to do this process each time. Kinda lame, but it is better than waiting for and hour for the game to connect.

Based on this work around, my impression is that the issue is somewhere in the Club UBI to PSN "handshake"

The same thing happens to me, it stays connecting forever, sometimes if I can connect, but lately nothing.

My game is in physical, i not have dlc.

please fix it.

Hey agents,

I have the same problem every time that i try to play, this is what i do:

- Enter the game
- wait for the epilepsy message
- before the big ubisoft logo appears press the ps button
- go to settings, network, click on the "conect to the internet" option to unmark
- wait 3 seconds
- mark the "conect to the internet" option again
- return to the game, and press x to try again
- should be work
