If you are not getting Reward Offers Icon in the Saloon (TV Screen) and in the Shop Special Offer's Icon and playing TF on iOS Device then i would suggest Delete the App Shutdown ur Device restart your device, Install TF App again play few levels, upgrade the bike. Then quit the App, restart ur device. Start the TF App Log-in to Uplay select Server Saves.

This is the only solution i can think of which will solve most of the problem in TF App. But if the problem still exist then create Ticket and ask RL Dev's Customer Support Team to help u.

There is no way I'm going to go through all this just to enable ads for gems. If I delete the app, it's not going to be reinstalled. I've also given up on opening RL tickets. Each time I get a generic "we're working on it" reply and it gets closed. I appreciate the reply but I'll survive without TapJoy.

Reinstalling doest work for me. Actually, as I said in the OP, I got a brand new phone Xmas, and I have had this issue since first install. The only way I get Tapjoy is on my Ipad....
