    Where has Rewarded Offers/TapJoy gone?

    I have seen this on some of my devices for the last couple of updates....

    In the Shop... Special Offers ... Rewarded Offers (ie the one that leads to Tajoy).... the Rewarded Offers icon hasnt shown up on some of my devices for WEEKS now. I've tried restarting game, etc.... it never shows up, so there is no way to make gems from TapJoy. Highly irritating.

    It seems to be device-dependent; I have one device that does have a working Rewarded Offers icon, even when I log in with another ID that has not got one on another device. Additionally, I have a new iphone for Xmas... first install using the update prev to this KTM one... never seen the Rewarded Offers icon there. (which indicates that a full reinstall will not help)

    Anybody else having this issue?

    I play on an old ipad3. Still here for me. Checked my iphone7, its there too. If that helps!

    I noticed it missing right around the first Midnight Circuit update. Figured it was no coincidence since the event could require a large use of gems and that maybe the devs were pushing for sales instead of mining. Has yet to reappear for me.

    Mine still show up in the Saloon (on the TV screen in the corner) but I never use them so not sure if they work.

    I know this is old now, but I haven't had Tapjoy for months now too. It just disappeared I don't even remember when, but I thought it would just come back with some update eventually. Still nothing.
    Does anyone know what happened? It doesn't seem to affect many of us.

    Why don't u use Tapjoy in Web browser or the App, if the app is still working. Here's the Link open it in Safari or etc.. https://tapjoy.com/deeplink Hope this works for you.

    Thanks for the suggestion imrellik. Sounded promising and I downloaded the Tapjoy app but it doesn't open at all for me, just crashes on the very first screen. Pity.
    Although to be fair, I shouldn't need to be going through the Tapjoy app at all to begin with if the rewarded offers are something other people have showing up in-game.

    How do you know the gems arrive? I am not sure they are when I try it this way...... the only way I've ever gotten gems is when I see a popup to tell me about them when I leave Tapjoy and go back to the "Rewarded Offers" screen in the Shop. Since I dont have the "Rewarded Offers" choice right now... I cant do that

    In the Web browser Tapjoy there's Home button where i think u have a option to create ticket if u didn't get the Gems for the required task completed. Try it I'm not sure but i think there must be an option to report for missing Gems. Check your email for them to reply and provide them Screen Shot etc.. as proof then go back to TF (Saloon) in TV Screen there's Reward Icon, but wait if you are not getting Reward icon in the TV screen then you won't get the Gems even if you complete the required task. Are you sure you are not getting Reward's in the TV Screen (Saloon) or Shop Special Offers icon.

    I noticed it was missing also and I asked this same question a support ticket. All I got was "we've notified our dev's about the issue" as a response.
