    Unable to start game.

    Just started getting this message when I try to start game.

    Unable to start game
    This product cannot be activated right now, please try again later. Happened yesterday but after a while I got it going. Early today I played It alright but tried to start it an hour and a half a go but still get the same message.

    Hey there flybyme and Cherep1008! I'm not sure exactly what is causing that message, but it could very well be an outdated version of Uplay on your computer. Thus, I recommend you do the following:

    1) Close both Steam and Uplay from the task manager.
    2) Uninstall Uplay from your computer.
    3) Reinstall the program from uplay.ubi.com
    4) With Uplay running already, reopen the game from Steam.

    will not load

    I just bought Far Cry Primal. Whenever I try to start a new game the game freezes on the bar is at 99 % . there is also a strange telephone ring when it stops with a french voice
    i have done all the hits and cant get the game to load - i will be looking for my money back

    Sorry to be so long to your reply but, the connection issue has been alight since then, up until now and it is doing it again. Yes I have the latest version of Uplay. Seems like it is random.

    Just purchased the game myself. And guess what? I'M IN THE SUPPORT PAGE FOR UBISOFT!!!! Come on guys Just got this since it was on sale. I've tried all the following troubleshooting and the game wont launch once you click play on Uplay, it boots then does nothing I've gone and closed Steam and Uplay.

    Even changed to run as admin still got nothing. They really need to get a Rep here to look over this issue because it looks like im not the only one have the problem. Lift up your game guys and listen to feedback.

    *UPDATED IF YOU ARE RUNNING 2 MONITORS THIS WONT WORK* Apparently the game will work with 1 display only. So i would either suggest disabling your 2nd display via Nvidia or AMD multiple display settings. But still Ubi FIX IT!
