    Just Dance Unlimited never again

    I bought Just Dance unlimited on Monday January 1st. I have yet to be able to use it. I contacted the help support but all they keep saying is forward my ports, reconfigure my DNS, open my DMZ port, contact your IPS. I have done everything they have asked me to do but have yet to play the game.

    They make it seem as the problem is on my end but I have tried every troubleshoot there is. At this point I paid $29.99 for a service that I can't use and they can't fix. This is not a charity and I'm not just giving away money. I want my money back and will never buy anything for you all again.

    Very dissatisfied . Please don't tell me to open a ticket just escalate my ticket and give me a refund.

    Unfortunately, in order to get a refund, you have got to ask for it through our support since we're not able to do it on the forums.
